Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

United States & Canada — Free shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days.

International — Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. All orders include tracking.

Tracking Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed orders Delivery windows are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as carrier delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, email us and we'll help track it down.
