Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Condition Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We can't accept items that show signs of use, damage, or wear.
How to start a return Email us at hoopereliteco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — returns sent without approval may not be processed.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we'll cover it — just include a photo when you reach out.
Non-returnable items Final sale and discounted clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
